Hastings Direct wanted a distinctive brand asset that people could instantly recognise and connect with. Looking to the brand's heritage of protection and its long history of using technology to make insurance simpler, we created the Hastings, a team of robotic knights that combine both ideas into a single character world.

I designed the Knightbots from the ground up, creating a cast of characters that could work across everything from TV to social, while balancing warmth, personality and premium craft.

I also composed the music that accompanies the characters, helping bring their world and personality to life.
